• Communication. We are a team, but also three different personalities. And we all have our preferences. In communication, in approaching this project, and our physical strengths and limits. We have one common goal that connects us. Rowing that ocean! Honesty in what is going on, what our goals are, and how we prefer things, is our core value. We put it on the table.
